JOHNNY TO SING AT PRESTIGIOUS LIVERPOOL VENUE

Johnny has been honoured by an invitation to sing at Liverpool's Athenaeum on Wednesday June 30th in one of the Liverpool Opera Circle monthly concerts. The Athenaeum is the city's oldest venue and has hosted many famous singers during the last century.
Johnny appeared there last year to much acclaim and Ursula Hamilton, chairman of Liverpool Opera Circle said: "We are greatly looking forward to Johnny Kennedy's second appearance at the Athenaeum."
Johnny will be accompanied by Ceri Williams on piano, with a guest appearance from noted soprano Valerie Watts.

JOHNNY KENNEDY'S RECITAL IS CALLED "ACCESS ALL ARIAS" AND WILL BEGIN AT 7.30.
THE ATHENAEUM IS IN CHURCH ALLEY OFF CHURCH ST, JUST A FEW YARDS AWAY FROM THE GATES OF THE BLUECOAT.

JOHNNY BACK TO PLAY LEAD ROLE IN "HER BENNY"

The smash-hit musical Her Benny which broke box office records at Liverpool Empire comes to the Theatre Royal, St Helens, October 18th to 23rd with Johnny in the starring role of Joe Wragg. Johnny has made this role his own during the last few years and is delighted to be back. "It's my favourite role," said Johnny," I just love playing Joe Wragg, he's such a warm, lovable character. And Anne Dalton has written some great songs for me to sing, especially As Long As I Believe which just stops the show! It's great for me to be back in St Helens where I lived for quite a while with my gran and Auntie Ag in Fisher Street, Sutton and went to Sutton Nash school."
